Port Townsend, WA

Greg, Kim, and Ben took a road trip to Port Townsend in October. It's about an hour drive north of Seattle. We tried to keep ourselves awake in the car, so we took silly pictures of each other. There was not a cloud in the sky...the weather was perfect! We even took our shoes off and walked around in the warm sand. Our favorite place was Fort Warden State Park, where the motion picture "Officer and a Gentleman" was filmed. We also roamed the town, but were not very impressed with the shops. We did, however, find a great ice cream store. Instead of driving, we took the ferry ride back. It was freezing on the deck, but the view of Seattle was spectacular.
